Notes: The lighthouse was partially destroyed during World War II, but was restored in 1947. It is managed by the Société Nationale de Protection de la Nature through the Réserve nationale de Camargue, a nature reserve. Tower Height: 52 Height of Focal Plane: 57 Characteristic and Range: Flash every 4 seconds; range 12 nautical miles (white sector) and 9 nm (red and green sectors). Description of Tower: White square tower with a black lantern, attached to a rectangular dwelling.

Directions: Accessible by car from Salin de Giraud, about 11 miles east of the lighthouse (the parking area is just over a mile east of the lighthouse), and on foot from Saintes Maries de la Mer or La Capelière (about 10 miles).
