Location: Manche département; east side of the Cotentin peninsula; on a hill above Morsalines, about 2 miles SW of Saint Vaast la Hougue.

Notes:
The original tower was raised to 58 feet in 1938. Although the lighthouse was camouflaged in 1942, it was destroyed in 1944. A new lighthouse was built in 1955.

Tower Height: 43

Height of Focal Plane: 295

Characteristic and Range: Occluding white light, flashing four times every 12 seconds, visible for 12 nautical miles (red and green sectors: 8 nm).

Description of Tower: Dark green lantern on a white, octagonal concrete tower.
