The lighthouse is open to the public from mid-May to Columbus Day. There is also a gift shop. Directions: This lighthouse is located at the foot of the Mackinac Bridge in Mackinaw City. Take Exit 336 from I-75. Follow Nicolet Avenue through Mackinaw City, then turn right on Huron Avenue and follow to the lighthouse. There is a picnic area around the lighthouse.
