Isla Lobos de Afuera is a wildlife sanctuary with nesting seabirds. The island is owned by Proabonos, a public company that mines the guano deposits. Description of Tower: Black, square concrete tower, with a single horizontal white band, on square pyramidal base. Lantern is white with a black roof.
