Directions:
Deer Island can be reached by a free ferry ride from Letete. At St. George on Highway 1, take Highway 772 to Letete. Highway 772 continues on the island, and Leonardville is about halfway down the east side of the island. There is no public access to the light, but it can be seen through the trees from the road. Parking is available on the waterfront in the village.
