Notes:
This lighthouse has never been an official aid to navigation; it was built as part of the Mystic Seaport Museum complex. It is a replica (not exact) of Nantucket's Brant Point Lighthouse.

Description of Tower: White wooden conical tower with a black cast iron lantern.

The lighthouse is one of the exhibits at Mystic Seaport, which occupies the site of three of five shipyards that once lined the Mystic River. Directions:
From I-95, take exit 90 to Route 27 and follow the signs to Mystic Seaport. Dockage is available at the museum for visiting yachts; advance reservations are recommended.
