This light is operated seasonally, due to the large amount of ice in the area in winter. The 1902 lighthouse from this location is now at the Lakeview Park Marina in Windsor, ON (see separate record).

Height of Focal Plane: 91

Characteristic and Range: White flash every 4 seconds.

Description of Tower: White cylindrical tower with green lantern, attached to concrete and iron caisson.
