Notes: This is the southernmost point of the mainland of England. The active lighthouse is the south tower of two towers built in 1751; the north tower still stands with its lantern removed. The tower and foghorn's engine house are open to the public from February 17 to September 9, 2007, 11-5 daily; except closed Thursdays and Fridays. Open every day in July and August.
