Florida’s 102-foot-tall Anclote Key Lighthouse has received a major makeover, which includes sandblasting, metal work, and painting.
The 1887 lighthouse was deactivated in 1984 and is now part of Anclote Key Preserve State Park and a park ranger lives on site. A 4th order replica Fresnel lens is now in the lantern.
