After being closed for the past three years, Florida’s 1887 Anclote Key Lighthouse reopened to the public this past January 27th with a brief ribbon cutting ceremony followed by the tower being opened up to climb. The reopening was made possible largely due to a grant from the Florida Lighthouse Association. (Photos courtesy of the Friends of Anclote Key State Park and Lighthouse.)
