Rare vintage post card image of the Sodus Point Inner Range and Outer Range lights. The Inner Range Light was on land and the Outer Range Light was at the end of the pier. In 1938, rather than repair or restore the wooden Sodus Inner Range Lighthouse, it was demolished and replaced by a light on a steel pole. (Lighthouse Digest archives photo.)
