Vintage image of the 1871 Southwest Wolf Island Lighthouse at the southern tip of Southern Wolf Island, Wolf Islands Archipelago, Bay of Fundy, Canada where C. Hazen Holmes was the lighthouse keeper from 1925 to at least 1937. This lighthouse was demolished in 1962 and replaced by a skeletal “Erector-Set” style lighthouse, which was replaced in 1982 by a fiberglass tower.
